Blue Ridge Builders Certified Green Home earns NAHB "Gold" Certification

Blue Ridge Builders has built its first Certified "Green" home located in the Cannon Mills community in Dover, Delaware. As of June 25th, 2009, this home has earned the "Gold" level certification under the National Green Building Certification Program. This home is the first to achieve the "Gold" certification in Kent County and only one of several in the State of Delaware to achieve this same rating.
"We are very proud to achieve this Gold certification on our first "Green" home and we hope that this is the beginning of a much needed, healthy, responsible and sustainable evolution in new home construction for the benefit of our future generations and our planet."
