How to Get Started Purchasing and Building Your New Home

Reserve the Home Site
This reservation of the Home Site is to designate where you would like to build your new home within the community. A small Home Site deposit is needed and is completely refundable at any time prior to signing the Purchase Agreement.

Personalizing Your Home with Your Selections
During your Home Site reservation period, arrange to spend some time with our staff deciding on a home that meets your needs as well as features and options you would like to have in your new home. Our staff will help put all of your ideas and decisions on paper as well as help you to determine your new home budget.

Purchase Agreement
Once all of your home selections have been made, it is now time to authorize the Purchase Agreement for the construction of your new home.

Mortgage Process
Once you have authorized the Purchase Agreement for your new home, you will then arrange to meet with a Mortgage Representative of your choosing to begin the mortgage application process and receive the pre-qualification for your new home loan.

Construction of Your New Home
Once we have received your home deposit and your mortgage approval, we can move forward with the construction of your new home. We will arrange a pre-construction meeting with the Builder to familiarize you with the construction process and explain the exciting events of the months ahead!

Welcome to Your New Home!
Once your beautiful new home is completed, you will have a scheduled New Home Orientation with the Builder or Builder representative to review your new home. Once settlement is completed, you will be rewarded with the keys to your new home. So let's get started!
